A Ford engineer will be behind the wheel just in case, but he will be hidden from customers who will not be able to interact with him. A text message will notify you when the car is in front.
Domino’s goal is to get more information about its customers during the delivery process. They want to see if customers would be willing to leave the house and walk a few feet to get their pizza under any circumstances, and if they will be able to understand the keyboard where they must enter the code to retrieve the pizza.
